KYC & KYB Policy
How we verify agencies and how agencies verify applicants.

1. Purpose
We verify the businesses and people using TravelBuxx to prevent fraud, identity theft, money laundering and visa misrepresentation.
2. Agency verification (KYB)
Before a workspace goes live, agencies must submit registered business details, owner identification, at least three verification documents (such as CAC certificate, proof of address and operating licence) and references. Workspaces stay pending until reviewed and approved.
3. Applicant verification (KYC)
Agencies verify applicants using a valid passport or government ID and supporting documents required for the visa type. Documents are reviewed by authorised staff and each decision is recorded.
4. Ongoing monitoring
We may request updated documents, review unusual activity and suspend workspaces or accounts that cannot be verified.
5. Record keeping
Verification records are retained securely for the period required by applicable law and are accessible only to authorised personnel.
