1. Who we are
TravelBuxx operates the platform. For applicant case data, the agency you work with is the data controller and TravelBuxx acts as its processor.
2. Data we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), identity and travel documents you upload, application form answers, payment records and receipts, messages, and technical data such as sign-in times, device and IP address.
3. How we use it
To provide the Service, process visa and travel applications, verify identity, send notifications, secure accounts, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
4. Sharing
Your case data is shared only with the agency handling it and, where you instruct, with embassies or authorities. We use trusted service providers (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under contract. We never sell personal data.
5. Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed for the purpose collected and to meet legal, tax and audit obligations, then deleted or anonymised according to the agency's retention policy.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing. Applicants can export their data from their profile; other requests can go to your agency or to us.
7. Security
Agency data is isolated at the database level, documents are stored privately, and staff sign-in supports two-factor authentication with full audit trails.
