1. Who sets fees
Each agency sets its own service charges. Embassy and government fees are set by the relevant authority.
2. Embassy fees
Embassy and visa fees are generally non-refundable once paid to the authority, regardless of the visa decision.
3. Service charges
Refunds of agency service charges follow the agency's own policy, which should be explained to you before you pay. Contact your agency first.
4. Disputes
If you cannot resolve a payment issue with your agency, contact TravelBuxx support and we will help review the payment record and receipt history.
