Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the TravelBuxx platform, websites and agency workspaces (the "Service"). By creating an account, joining an agency workspace or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.

TravelBuxx provides software. Each agency using TravelBuxx is an independent business responsible for its own advice, fees and client relationships.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details and authenticator codes secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Agency owners are responsible for the staff they invite and the access levels they assign.

3. Agency workspaces

Each agency receives an isolated workspace. Agencies must complete onboarding and verification (KYB) before going live and must keep their business information current.

Agencies must not use the Service to misrepresent visa outcomes, charge undisclosed fees or process applications without the applicant's consent.

4. Applicants

Applicants must submit truthful information and genuine documents. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or immigration authority; neither TravelBuxx nor the agency can guarantee an outcome.

5. Fees and payments

Service fees, visa fees and other charges are set by the agency and shown on invoices. Payments, receipts and refunds are handled between the applicant and the agency under the agency's own policy.

6. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access another agency's data, upload malicious files, interfere with the Service, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Intellectual property

TravelBuxx owns the platform software and brand. Agencies keep ownership of their branding and client data; applicants keep ownership of their personal documents.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, TravelBuxx is not liable for indirect losses, visa refusals, travel disruptions or decisions made by agencies or authorities.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, non-payment or legal requirements, subject to applicable data-retention obligations.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State unless otherwise agreed.
